      What do the file import errors mean?

      Imported files may seem to fail for several reasons. Vertex tries to give you as much access to your data as possible, so failures may result in several outcomes.

      Type of error Visual results
      • This message means we couldn't find your top level assembly. This is usually due to the zip filename not matching your top level assembly name. Click on the Need help for assistance.

      • The raw file was never uploaded to our system. This may be because of a bad internet connection or because you closed or refreshed your browser while the file was uploading. In this case, try to import the same file again.
