How do I get a new password?

Problem: I forgot my password, want to change my password, or lost my temporary password.

Solution:

1. On the Sign In page, click Forgot password?.

    

2. On the Reset Password page, type the email associated with your Vertex account and click Next.

   An email is sent to you with a verification code to use in the next step.

3. On the Reset Password page, type or paste the verification code listed in the email, type your new password, and then confirm your new password.

    

   Your password is changed.
