Control Sharing in Your Organization

As an Administrator, you can control what type of sharing access is given to members of your organization. This setting is for sharing stories and adding users to a Shared Workspace. For information on controlling access to models, see Store or delete original model files.

Desktop

1. Sign in to Vertex as an administrator.
2. In the upper-right corner, click your initials, and choose Admin Settings.
3. From the sidebar, click Settings.
4. On the Sharing tab, choose the level of sharing that’s appropriate for your organization:
   • Share with Anyone - Sharing is not restricted.
   • Share with Organization Domains and Approved Domains - Sharing is restricted to users in your organization and to approved domains.
     • If selected, click Add New and enter a domain. For example, vertex3d.com.
   • Share only with Organization Domains - Sharing is restricted to users in your organization
